Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa using trusted courier partners. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and shipping method selected.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
- Main city centres: 2–5 business days
- Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email where available.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
